Carolina Mariculture Co. raises the freshest oysters in North Carolina using mariculture practices. The oyster farm seeds, hatches and raises oysters and brings them into market. The oysters are grown in floating cages in Core Sound.

Carolina Mariculture Co. specializes in growing single oysters as opposed to clusters or doubles. Their oysters are uniform in size and shape with a deep cup, perfect for serving on the half shell. Oysters are available year around.
