We had Banh Sai at the Mad Mole Brewery, what a great menu and complement to a frothy beer. We had these incredible fries that were like nachos and a fried chicken and rice dish. The food was amazing, although a little salty. Would highly recommend you give it a try next time you bump into this food truck.
