Hank’s journey began in Somerville, NJ, but a pivotal moment in 1980 saw him and his parents relocating to North Carolina’s Piedmont region. It was in Wilmington, NC, while working on a film project, that he found himself captivated by the coastal allure, marking the start of a lasting love affair.

With a decade’s worth of experience in the film industry, Hank wore multiple hats as both an actor and a dedicated crew member. This multifaceted background instilled in him a formidable work ethic, inspired by an industry that demanded relentless dedication and the pursuit of seemingly insurmountable goals. In 2005, Hank and his family made the transition to the Southport area.

Before embracing real estate as his full-time career, he spent years exploring real estate investments. Hank has worked with a diverse range of clients, spanning first-time homebuyers to seasoned investors. His approach is refreshingly simple: listen attentively to the client, gain an intimate understanding of the market, and formulate the optimal solution to help them attain their objectives.
