Celebrate the history, culture, economy, and ecology of oysters in North Carolina at the NC Oyster Week 2022 festival. NC Oyster Week in 2022 is October 10th through the 16th. This festival highlights Wilmington’s finest oyster farms and watermen from across the state focusing on environmental education, habitats, water quality presentations and of course oyster tasting.
