The Summer Rest Trail is a versatile 0.7-mile pathway extending from the former Port City Chop House to Summer Rest Road, providing stunning views of the Intracoastal Waterway. Commencing at the free parking lot of the Port City Chop House, this mostly shaded, paved trail concludes at Summer Rest Road, featuring a flat terrain and several benches for resting. A tall privacy fence lines one side of the trail as it winds alongside residential areas. Cyclists and dogs are both welcome to enjoy this scenic route.
